Surprise, Iran is NOT going to destroy Israel!
Everyone today is looking at the hoop-la from Iran's President. But, boy, does he have a surprise coming. One which will shake up his whole world, if he is around to see it when it happens.
In spite of all the flamboyance and puffery from Iran's President, and the religious leaders, they are just "pawns" in the steps to fulfillment of prophecy. Here today, they call for the destruction of Israel. They must think that makes them look big in the eyes of the world. But, as I said, they are in for the biggest shock of their lives, and sooner than they might expect.
What could that be, you might ask? Well, something shocking, considering all the bragging going on, and the supposed hatred of Israel. Here is the surprise for Iran, and they better get used to it, for it is going to happen. Iran, yes, IRAN, through it's leader in the very near future, is going to PUSH for, and FINANCE the building of the Temple in Jerusalem. The Temple of Israel! And, that's a fact Jack.
Look at this: "Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia [Iran], All the kingdoms of the earth hath the Sovereign Elohim given me; and he hath charged ME to BUILD him an house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there among you of all his people? Yahweh his Elohim be with him, and LET HIM GO UP." II Chron. 36:23 That, my friends is a prophecy. Let him go up to where? Why, to the Temple in Jerusalem of course.
How is this to be brought about? Fear. Iran is going to be part of something that will put the "fear of YHWH" into them, and the leader will recognize he has to do something drastic to avoid catastrophe. Of course, once Iran proclaims this building of the Temple, others in the Middle East, and the rest of the world will help. It says ALL nations will support this project when it occurs.
Now, the question is, WHEN will this occur? Can we know, or at least find a "benchmark" year for the building of the Temple in Jerusalem? An event that readers of the Bible have looked for for centuries? Yes, we can, and it is quite clear, once pointed out.
I have lots to say on this matter, but for the sake of some shortness in the length of this post, I'll just "cut to the chase" and let further explanation come from questions, if anyone ends up having questions.
The book of Zechariah has the answer. So, let's consider a couple of points, and then look at the answer.
1. Zechariah, almost all agree, is a book of prophecy for the future, not the past.
2. We live in the future time described by the book of Zechariah.
3. Zechariah is the "news headlines" book of the Bible.
Now, let's add one other separate point to the mix. As you recall, I explained the four divisions of events in this day and age for the fulfillment of prophecy. You know, 5 1/2 years, 7 years, 14 years, and the last 7 years.
One thing I have wanted to know for a fairly long time was this. What occurs at the middle of the 14 year period that could be used as a possible benchmark to stabilize the chronology? Well, keep that in mind, and let's see if we can discover it. For, just as I explained in the post on the books of the New Testament and the chronology, things fit in a surprising manner with these four sections. Many I won't bring up for quite a while. But, this one should be of major interest to all Bible Believers, for if it is a correct benchmark, we have an unprecedented look into the timing of end time prophecy.
Ok, let me quote this. But, please keep in mind the above as we go through it.
"Then the angel of YHWH answered and said, O YHWH of hosts, HOW LONG wilt thou NOT have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which hast had INDIGNATION these threescore and ten years?"
Note, Jerusalem and the cities of Judah have had indignation for 70 years. Now, is this prophecy, or not? If it is prophecy, there is only one time in our day that this could point to. If you follow modern history, you KNOW Israel today, i.e. Jerusalem and the cities of Jerusalem, have been under continual "indignation" from the Arab states, and other world powers. It is still going on right now. And, it is for a period of 70 years! Keep this in mind, and now let's read this:
"...Thus saith YHWH of hosts; I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy. AND I am SORE DISPLEASED with the heathen that are at ease: for I was but a little displeased, AND they HELPED FORWARD THE AFFLICTION." What affliction, and what heathen? Why, the indignation the Arab world, and others are heaping on Israel daily. Now read:
"THEREFORE thus saith YHWH; I AM RETURNED TO JERUSALEM with mercies: MY HOUSE [Temple] SHALL BE BUILT in it, saith YHWH of hosts..." The last time YHWH was in Jerusalem was prior to 70 A.D. before the Temple was destroyed. He has NOT returned this way to Jerusalem yet. But, He is telling us that after 70 years He will do so. After 70 years from some point in the future when Israel is under constant indignation. i.e. Right NOW, in our day.
THEN, we read this: "Then lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and behold FOUR HORNS... What be these?"
So, we have here a time of indignation of 70 years, at the end of which YHWH returns to Jerusalem, AND FOUR HORNS are in existence. Quickly, what/who are the four horns? Simple, Assyria, Babylon, Medo-Persia and Greece, all four again in existence in the Middle East as revived nations. AND, at a time when YHWH says His house will be built. This information tells us a lot, too much in fact to put in this post. However, I can say this. 9/11 had to occur in order for all this to come about. It forced the US into action which will bring about these changes in the Middle East.
Thus, we are looking at our day in a time just in front of us when the Temple will exist, and the four nations who conquered Israel in the past will be in existence together at the same time Israel is a nation. This is our day friends. And, it appears there is only one point in modern history where this 70 years can begin. May 14/15, 1948. 70 years brings us to 2018! And, what is 2018? Why, it is the MIDDLE of the fourteen year period that is just ahead of us now.
Can you grasp this? Can you fill in the details surrounding this information that clarifies the next events in our immediate future?
Thus, 2018 is a "benchmark" year for:
1. A spiritual change in Israel.
2. The return of YHWH to Jerusalem spiritually, as in the past.
3. Four ancient enemies will be in existence as nations together.
4. The indignation will end for a time. AND,...
"And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn." The time when Israel will accept her Messiah appears to be around the time the Father returns in spirit to Jerusalem and the Temple is once again standing.
1948 - 2018. What a time we live in. Excitement beyond belief, for those who are looking. The WISE, in other words.
