Sometimes the OBVIOUS isn't obvious, at first!
Prior to 1998, I spoke things about prophecy on the Code Six Four TV show that made no sense. Why? Because, I was teaching what MEN had taught me about prophecy. You know, the Beast will come out of Europe, the EU would be the final TEN Nations of prophecy, etc. etc. etc. It all failed. Everything I said was general, non-specific, and a flop. EXCEPT for a very FEW events.
One day it dawned on me that there must be a reason the few events were occurring but the majority were not. This caused me to re-look at what I had been taught, and re-look at the Scriptures. What a wonderful step that was.
Not long after that I discovered a MAJOR KEY that helped unlock prophecy for me. It came one morning as I was waking up from sleep. You know how you lay there with your eyes closed, yet the mind is very active. Right before the body wants to accept the fact that you are now awake, and doesn't want to let go of the beautiful rest from the deep sleep of the night. Anyway, I was thinking about a particular verse and this thought hit me. "Why that verse is actually talking about a ---------."!!!! I don't feel free at this time to explain that thought completely. It isn't right in my mind yet to do so. And, I have asked the advice of my family, and others who know me, and they all agree that I should not explain it completely yet. So, I won't until the time is right.
Needless to say, it got me looking in a new direction, and I can tell you this. I was astounded at how simple prophecy is to understand now. And, that must be part of the secret as to why so many don't understand it. It is just so simple that our OETV'd society just can't see what is in front of their eyes. [O.E.T.V. = Over Educated Tunnel Vision.]
What developed out of that early morning thought is the understanding of the overall chronology of the time we are in. It is an outline so simple that those who are not the WISE mentioned by Daniel, will reject it at first sight. Let me give you the overview. It is divided into four major sections. Here they are:
A 5 1/2 year section
A 7 year section
A 14 year section, and
A final 7 year section.
Having explained the above, now let me mention something that I discovered just recently that fits hand in glove with what I discovered above, years ago.
If one looks at the New Testament books [letters], and places them in the original manuscript order, not the KJV order, then an astounding "synchronicity" jumps out at you, big time. That is, if you are one of the WISE.
Here it is:
The New Testament is divided up this way:
A first section of FIVE books [Mt-Acts]
A second section of SEVEN books [Jas-Jude]
A third section of FOURTEEN books [Rom-Philemon], and
A fourth section of Apokalypsis, the book of the SEVEN last years!
There is the same pattern: five[1/2], seven, fourteen, seven
It can't be missed. And, I can tell you something now that will really "blow your mind". So far, in placing each New Testament book with the proper year it is related to, each book gives a special prophetic message and understanding for that year.
Let me suggest this, for now. For the year of April, 2005 to April, 2006, read the book of I Peter. Pay attention to ch. 1:5 for an example. Then, for the current year from April, 2006, read II Peter. Chapter 3 is a good example of what is going on today, in a more expanded way than ever before.
These examples, and others you will find by reading the books this way, will revivify in your mind the importance and accuracy of these writings from nearly two millenia ago. And, will reinforce in the mind the ability to see what others cannot see going on around them. The generally accepted idea is that everything continues as it always has been. Yet, for the insightful mind, it is obvious major changes in society are growing at an unprecedented rate.
Then, starting in April, 2007 read I John, etc. One book each year from April to April.
