ZECHARIAH the ancient book of Tomorrow's HEADLINES...

Yep, that's what the book of Zechariah is. It is a book of newspaper headlines. That is, what you are going to read about in the news from now on out. Yet, the book was written several thousand years ago. Can you really grasp that?

Now, here's the unique thing to consider. IF, and I say IF, so no one will be upset that I am being too dogmatic. IF verse 12 of chapter 1 is talking about 70 years from the founding of modern Israel, then the resulting date is 2018. In other words, at the time of writing, the author was on earth in the year 2018, or could somehow see 2018, or was given the information from someone who could be in 2018 in effect. i.e. Because that someone knew what would happen since he had planned what was to happen. Be that as it may, here's what we see from this perspective of 2018.

Someone, Zechariah, lifted up his eyes and saw something. And, what he saw was in 2018. What did he see?

"Then lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and behold FOUR HORNS."

Now, I don't know about you, but if I saw these for the first time, I would ask what they were. Wouldn't you? Well, Zechariah was no different. Here is what he asked:

"And I said unto the angel that talked with me, WHAT BE THESE?"

Just think... Zechariah is somehow "transported" to 2018, or if you will, to a time period 70 years after the "indignation these threescore and ten years?" And, he is in Jerusalem. And, looking from Jerusalem he sees four horns.

So, here we have interesting information. We have a potential year, 2018. And, IF that is true, we see Jerusalem still exists in 2018, in spite of the so-called Mayan calendar which ends in 2012. And, we see FOUR HORNS, which Zechariah wanted explained. Here is what he was told:

"And he answered me, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem."

Question: What four horns ever did this?

The Scriptures tell us, and when looking at Daniel and Revelation, along with Zechariah, the answer can only be: Assyria, Babylon, Medo-Persia, and Greece. Now, again, IF, to be conservative for those who don't like being dogmatic, these are the four horns [which they are], then what does that tell us?

It tells us this. All four are alive and well in 2018, right in the middle of the 14 year "expansion" section that I have mentioned before. Right now, we are presently near the middle of the seven year "transition" period before the 14 year "expansion" section begins.

Thus, when Zechariah looks up from Jerusalem in 2018 he finds these four nations are strong enough again to be reckoned in their prophetic position, i.e. as FOUR HORNS of Zechariah 1:18.

From 2018 onward, these four will combine into a "revived" ASSYRIAN EMPIRE, i.e. a mixture of the four to become the final Beast of Daniel.

If then, they are now in full existence in 2018, they will have a further seven years to grow into the final formation of one horn/beast/government. This then, brings us to the last seven years of Revelation, which are divided into 3 /12 + 3 1/2 years.

The second Question is this: How do we get to having these four in existence at this time, and in the area predicted in prophecy? What causes them to form in this fashion?

Answer: It began with Sept. 11, 2001.

1. America attacked by Muslim radicals.
2. America responds as the only power strong enough to cause a real change in the Mid-East.
3. Afghanistan and Iraq change governments.
4. Iran, Syria, Lebanon stirred by the "invasion" of Americans.
5. Assyrians in the north begin to claim their share of governance.
6. Greece to grow in importance.
7. Four "horns" in place by 2018.

Without the Father causing America to go to war in the Middle East none of this could have occurred. Something had to be the catalist, and America was it. It has nothing whatever to do with Pres. Bush, etc. causing this. He had no choice. They [the heads of governments] are just pawns in the Father's hands, period. There are no other human reasons.

Where are we now?

Well, Babylon (Iraq) is reforming, and will become its own government without a dictator. Iran (Persia) is rising as prophesied in influence. Assyria (northern Iraq) will begin a dramatic appearance soon with the changes coming in Iraq. Finally, in the next approx. 11 years, Greece will become a major player in the Middle East. All, the four horns of Zechariah still alive today as prophesied.

By 2018 these four horns will be conspicuously on the scene. And, what is bringing it about is what you see going on right now in Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, Israel, Lebanon, etc. You see it happening right before your eyes, and still can't explain it, till now. It is all right on schedule. Yet, the idiot pundits want to blame it all on America. Little do they really know, and that's a fact.

Finally, these four horns will not only, in the beginning, form relationships with Israel, [see Psalm 83]but will gradually grow together to such an extent they will become ONE government with intentions to improve the world. That is, until their last ruler comes on the scene and turns "to the dark side" during the last seven years. [See II Thess. & Rev. 13, etc.]

Yep, Zechariah gives us the HEADLINES for tomorrow, and tomorrow and tomorrow. All written ahead of time so you could know what is coming before it happens. Now, I like that kind of newpaper.
