What a little "sugar cube" could do?...
Over the years we have all read about Bible Codes. And, book after book has been written on the subject.
It has long been known that there are hidden messages in the Bible. Scholars have known for centuries about these hidden messages. Some are very simple, others complicated. It wasn't until our day that one could look at these codes in lightening fast time through the use of computers.
Today the entire Bible and many translations and helps can be loaded into a single computer. Not only that complete libraries of other books can also be loaded, with plenty of room to spare. The calculating speed of the computer is fascinating to think about. And, virtually impossible to grasp, except for seeing the results.
Many in modern times. I.e. in our days of the "super" computer, have stated that the Bible itself is, or is similar to, a computer software program. For, you see, all the letters in the Hebrew and Greek text are also numbers. That's right, each letter represents a number. In fact, at least two numbers. One number being the place value of the letter. For instance aleph is 1 since it comes first, bet is 2 since it comes after aleph, etc. Then there is the specific value for each letter.
With that in mind, and also realizing that computers work with numbers, in theory the Bible could be converted into a software PROGRAM, not just a text. Now, what that PROGRAM would or could do is not known, yet. Primarily, at least from my knowledge, no one in public has ever suggested such a project and then worked on putting it together in the computer
At the moment computers have been used to find other texts within the main Bible text. Usually this is done by using a system designating spaces to count between letters. Thus, if we looked at every third letter in this post, would we find sentences or phrases that we could understand. Or, count every fourth letter beginning with letter 5, etc.
In the Scriptures these patterns have been found. Of course, the critics always step forward and try to destroy the concept as being meaningless. Like running to Tostoy's War and Peace novel and finding messages using the same method. They never seem to take into consideration consistency in findings in the Scriptures, throughout the whole book, the amount of findings in the Scriptures, etc. versus the few random finds in Tom Sawyer, War and Peace, etc. No other book is so consistent as the Bible. But, be that as it may, this is not the reason for this post. The reason is to tell you of a very real possibility, that if ever done will blow the world away with amazement. But, first, look at this headline from this morning's news.
Computers 'could store entire life by 2026'
By Nic Fleming, Science Correspondent
A device the size of a sugar cube will be able to record and store high resolution video footage of every second of a human life within two decades, experts said yesterday.
Researchers said governments and societies must urgently debate the implications of the huge increases in computing power and the growing mass of information being collected on individuals.
The size of a sugar cube? That is jampacked! So, here's the thought. If researchers would begin a study on compiling the Bible text into a software program using the idea or theme of creating a "holodeck" as in Star Trek, or of making a "hologram" I think they would, in time, discover something very interesting. I think they will find that the entire Bible, once the sequence and method is found, will give us both video and audio of all the events written about in the Scriptures. Thus, if science can find the "secret" and "pattern", the results will be devastating to all skeptics. Then, no one could disprove the Scriptures, nor find any other book on the planet that could do the same thing.
Will this ever be done? Is it really possible? We'll never know until someone with the funds, the equipment, and the minds to do it starts the research.
What do you think? The Bible producing it's own living hologram in full color and surround sound in your living room? Far fetched? It may come to a "sugar cube" chip in your computer or TV sooner than you think.
Now, where's my hologram player?
